Our company is comprised of four individuals with a diversity of business experience including actuarial, plan administrative and accounting. We have served as actuaries and administrators for some of the largest pension plans in the world. Thus, we have a unique ability to integrate your investment policy with your retirement program objectives.

Ernie Galliani - with over 25 years of actuarial experience, Ernie offers his clients comprehensive qualified plan consulting including actuarial and 401(k) administration including FAS 158 statements, investment advisory services, Monte Carlo simulations, investment policy statements, government filings (5500 and PBGC), and plan audit representation.

Douglas Tucker - with over 25 years of actuarial experience to pension plans and as consultant to companies in the areas of due diligence, valuations, risk analysis and capital structure, Doug offers his clients perspective from a business and strategic point of view integrating all aspects of a pension plan including design, accounting, actuarial and investments.

Mitch Serota - is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries with over 25 years of actuarial consulting experience. Mitch offers a wide spectrum of consulting services to qualified pension plans including plan design, actuarial valuations, immunizing investment portfolios, researching markets for asset management, analyzing self-funded group medical and long-term disability programs; valuing liabilities for post-retirement medical plans; and working with human resoures in the training of their employees.
